Fundraising and Communications Assistant
Location: Rookwood Hospital, Llandaff, Cardiff.
Hours: 37 hours per week
Annual Leave: 22 days (FTE) rising to 25 days after 3 years’ service
Pay Scale: £21,000 - £24,000
Term: Annual renewal of contract dependent on organisational fundraising targets being met.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and organised with a positive approach and excellent communication skills. They will need to be comfortable juggling tasks and priorities, as well as working towards agreed measurable outcomes.
We aren’t looking for an experienced fundraiser but someone who has the people skills, aptitude, creativity, drive and commitment to help us maintain and grow our income. Our ideal candidate needs to be able to understand our organisation, who our potential donors and supporters are and the best ways to encourage them to engage with us.
